We first saw Dr Burmester when our son was dealing with a prolonged series of illnesses. She was extremely thorough with her diagnostics, explained everything to us very clearly, and guided his recovery in a way that made us feel calm, reassured, and well supported throughout a very stressful time. She was also incredibly generous with her time, answering multiple follow-up questions via email, which was immensely comforting for us as anxious parents. We have been seeing her for over six months now and I would highly recommend her — she is knowledgeable, caring, and someone we trust completely with our child's care. I would also like to mention Sophie, the clinic manager, who is consistently helpful, professional, and responsive, making the overall experience at the clinic even better.
Dr Margarita Burmester was punctual, friendly, got straight to the point with her advice and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt really reassured by her expertise. I have been seeing her regularly for Well Child appointments for my son and highly recommend these to other parents.
Dr. Gray was warm, patient, and made my child feel very comfortable. He took the time to listen to our questions and explain everything clearly.

Overall a good experience with friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor. My daughter was also at ease which is not usual when she gets checked. A bit of waiting time to start the consultation but the specialist welcomed us and reassured us — so happy with the way it was managed.
Dr Gray was really nice. He gave us strong reassurance that everything was fine with our baby, and advised of logical next steps for routine and regular check ups without being overly worried or concerned. Happy to have him as our baby's paediatrician.

Both my visit to the clinic and the follow up video conference were well organised. The facility had lots of toys in the waiting area and so it was easy to keep my son entertained and at ease.
