About Ana-Kristina

Ana-Kristina Skrapac RD is considered one of London's leading Specialist Paediatric Dietitians, with over 20 years of clinical experience spanning Australia and the UK. She was part of the Gastro-Allergy research team at Great Ormond Street Hospital — widely regarded as the UK's foremost centre for paediatric GI and allergy — before spending a decade as Senior Dietitian at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, where she developed a nationally recognised feeding disorders programme.

Now in private practice on Harley Street, Ana-Kristina brings that depth of research and clinical experience to children who need a genuinely expert assessment — rather than a generic dietary advice sheet. Her practice covers the full range of paediatric nutrition from infancy through adolescence, with particular depth in paediatric allergy, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), and gastrointestinal conditions affecting nutrition.

Her approach to food allergy is grounded in evidence: systematic elimination and reintroduction protocols, oral immunotherapy support, and close liaison with paediatric allergists and gastroenterologists. For ARFID and eating disorders, she combines dietary assessment with a compassionate understanding of the sensory and psychological dimensions that make restricted eating so difficult to address without specialist support.

Ana-Kristina works closely with Bright Futures' paediatric team, receiving full clinical context with each referral and communicating regularly throughout the dietary intervention. Her reports are detailed and clinically robust — meeting the needs of families, schools, and onward specialists alike.
